Practical Project Management with PMI PMBOK Sixth Edition

Description

When we started thinking about creating a Project Management, or PM training course, we did so because we realized that to take maximum advantage of the majority of our courses, it’s necessary to have a decent understanding of PM. We can specifically mention our ITIL, Business Strategy and Digital Strategy courses which cover starting projects as a result of action plans, and therefore, it’s important for students to know how to manage these projects, and not everyone knows how to do this. On the other hand, once we made the decision to develop a PM training course, we noticed that the majority of existing courses centre upon explaining to the student how to obtain their qualification instead of offering knowledge, practical experiences and the assets necessary for the student to be able to manage real projects in the real world upon completing the course.
