This course introduces student to MS Excel. We will start with MS Excel basics such as how to open, close, and save files in MS Excel. Students will then learn basic calculations, how to enter and format data, and how to use formulas and functions. Other topics covered include conditional formatting, sorting and filtering data, linear and growth fill features, and much more. At the end of the course you will be comfortable using MS Excel application, as well as perform basic calculations, editing, formatting, sorting, and filtering. The goal is to get you ready to start using MS Excel for personal planning, project management, as well as data analysis and reporting.Outcome
- At the end of the course students will learn how Launch MS Excel, Enter Data, Format a Worksheet, Use Basic Formulas and Functions, Perform Conditional Formatting, Use Linear Fill and Growth Functions, as well as Sort and Filter Data.
